TRAIL MAINTENANCE

In addition to clearing deadfall and brush from trails 95 times this year, volunteers at Lord Hill Park have been hard at work maintaining and improving trail conditions throughout the park. They reinforced water crossings, trimmed back overgrowth to improve visibility and rider safety, and cleared drainage paths to help reduce erosion on heavily used sections. Their ongoing efforts support safe access and help preserve the park’s natural beauty for all visitors.

ABOUT US

Lord Hill Park Advocates was founded in 2018 to preserve the tranquility and natural beauty of Lord Hill Regional Park. We’re a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to protecting and enhancing the park’s trails through community donations and grants. Every contribution goes directly to maintaining this cherished space for our community today and for future generations.

With no paid staff or high overhead, our work is simple but impactful: a volunteer board, this website, and a growing fund to support our mission.
